WORK FOR GIAN(Gujarat GRASSROOTS INNOVATION Augmentation network), GIAN is India’s first technology business incubator focused on incubating and commercializing grassroots innovation. Grassroots innovation are essentially solutions generated by people at the grassroots levels to tide over persistent problems, the solutions to which are either not available or not affordable by a large section of the consumer masses in developing countries like India.
GIAN is the first incubator of grassroots innovations set up in 1997 in collaboration with the Gujarat government and supported by SRISTI and IIMA in addition to the Honey Bee Network.
