An engineer thought of a tractor-mounted mini crane that can be used when the place is congested, and a huge industrial crane cannot be used. The mini attachments are equipped with advanced technologies and all the necessary tools to carry out assigned tasks efficiently. It can also be customized as per the customers’ requirements. It is a great alternative and will directly create employment opportunities for the operator. It can also be aided in farming and infrastructure building. It is a mini crane that can be mounted to any 25 HP tractor, providing an option to small-scale buyers across India who earlier were strained by high-cost machines. At first, they created a modified crane design according to its usage and capacity of 1.5 tons. They made it cost-effective as 80% of customers needed such equipment but could not afford it. Their focus was on tractor attachments because it is the only viable and feasible machine that farmers can afford and is easily available. A project of a 360-degree mounted crane starts around 12- 16 lakhs in the market; Parmar engineers launched it at the cost of 5-8 lakhs. Then after tractor-mounted loaders, which come for 4.5 lahks in the market, they made similar models for 1.5-2 lakhs. Niki Parmar also designed a stone picker machine and sold it in Akola, Maharashtra, which was five lakhs in the market, and he made it available for 2.5 lahks. They focus on equipment customization, giving them the upper hand in the market because very few companies offer customized products. The innovation was successful, and the order flow is also quite high. In total, they have sold 200+ mini cranes since 2015, more than 200 mini loaders, 360 degrees sold five units; and in 3 months, they managed to sell six stone pickers. In 2018 their turnover was ten lakhs; in 2020, it was 83 lakhs; and in the last audit, Parmar engineer’s turnover was 1.9 Cr
