Jenil Gandhi is the Founder of Avinya Leather Pvt.
Ltd., a startup developing plant-based vegan
leather from agricultural waste such as wheat and
rice straw. He has experience in startup ecosystem
engagement, venture evaluation, and innovation
management. During his undergraduate studies,
he worked as an Investment Analyst at 100X.VC,
where he gained exposure to startup sourcing, due
diligence, and investment decision-making
processes. He also worked with his college
incubation center, where he helped organize
multiple entrepreneurship and innovation
programs. Jenil has received several recognitions
for his work in sustainable materials and
innovation.
