Details Of Innovation	This disease at potato (Solanum tuberosum) crop comes in winter when there is monisture in air. This disease comes two months after the plantation. When leaves at the plant are putrid, the buds stop growing. When the farmers see symptoms they immediately interpret it as kavhari disease. They take quick decision and stop watering plants immediately. all the farmers of near by areas use this method. It is hereditary.
