Details Of Innovation Farmer uses an effigy to scare away langurs. He makes an effigy of a langur with cotton and old cloth and hangs it on a Butter tree (Madhuca indica) tree. This keeps away langur and birds from the flowering tree. Alternatively, a dead crow hung on a pole is very effective in repelling other crows.
