Details Of Innovation The soil around coconut palm (Cocos nucifera) is usually dug and turned up every four months. During this time, if the exposed roots are pruned, it ensures better plant growth. After digging and root pruning is done with, 5 kg fish-meal manure to each coconut palm (Cocos nucifera) is spread in the soil. If the place is more than 6 km from the sea-shore, then 1 kg common salt is also mixed in the fish-meal.
