It has no relation to land and atmosphere. Way of using it: It is very simple equipment to take out water. It has two strong timers on a strong post. At one end, there is a vessel or a bucket to draw out water. At the other end, weight is attached. One man can draw water by immersing the vessel in the well, and immediately the other end will lift as the weight attached is more than the bucket of water.
