Details Of Innovation	For a disease-free growth of ridge gourd (Luffa acutangula) and brinjal (Solanum melongena) crops, spray cows urine on the plants. Collect cow"s urine in a vessel and spray it on the plants whenever there is a threat of disease "marodiya." Also, water the plants along with cow"s urine. The proportion should be such that the plants are not damaged. Farmer Hirabhai Chouhan has thought up this practice and uses it only on vegetable plants such as gourd and brinjal.
