Details Of Innovation	Apply 500 gm salt to the stem of the coconut (Cocos nucifera) tree to induce early fruiting in coconut. This practice is used by many people. Coconut grows well along the sea shore where it is washed by salty sea water. This technique has been developed from this observation. The farmer believes that applying salt to the stem of coconut trees induces fruiting.
