| Details Of Innovation | A pitcher with ten kilogram flour of pearlmillet (Pennisetum typhoides) is buried in FYM (Farm Yard Manure) for 15 days. Keep pitcher out from FYM after 15 days and soak flour is in water for one day. Next day, add two liters of cows urine and filter it. Thereafter, three to four days later, mix one liter of buttermilk (which is filtered) with this filtrate . Two hundred and fifty grams of this remedy is sprayed over cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) crops with the help of sprayer after mixing it with water. This practice controls heliothis, sucking pests, and also induces growth and development in cotton crops. |
