Details Of Innovation	Ak (Calotropis gigantea) branches are layered on clean storage place and then fodder of groundnut (Arachis hypogaea), pearlmillet (Pannisetum typhoides) and sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) are placed on it. The strong smell of ak drives away the rats and thus prevents damage to the fodder. About 20 to 30 % people are using this practice in storing their fodder.
