Details Of Innovation	At the time of sowing the crop, the seed drill used may go deeper than intended or may run more shallow as per the moisture availability in the soil. As a result, seeds are not sown at the required depth. In case of less rainfall, the soil becomes wet at very shallow depth .But while sowing in this soil, the heavy weight of the seed drill makes it run deeper and so the seeds get sown in the dry regions of the soil and so germination does not take place due to lack of moisture. To prevent the seed drill from running too deep, two iron blocks are attached to the seed drill to prevent it from going too deep. The iron blocks are adjustable which allows to adjust the depth of seed sowing. This is traditional practice learnt from forefathers. Adding two iron blocks costs only 100Rs/- and hence is economical as well as beneficial.
