Details Of Innovation	The pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan) crop is infested with different kinds of sucking insects. These insects bore into the plants and corns and harm the crop. For the control of such insects, Chimanbhai Chaudhary uses the leaves of water spinach (Ipomoea aquatica) and "kokraju". The ingredients are thoroughly boiled in water. The filtrate is sprayed on the crop. This controls the insects.
