Community Practices "Cough in cattle can be controlled by feeding them with boiled-extract of bark of ‘uduga’ (Alangium souifolium). Another alternative is to mix the leaves of ‘pedda gummadu’ (Melyna arjoria), ‘navili’ (Holoptelea integrifolia) and ‘tummi’ (Lucas spiphora) in equal proportions and grind them along with garlic or pepper and feed to the cattle.
