Problem: A large part of rainwater is neither conserved nor harvested and gets wasted.

Solution: NeeRain is a first-of-its-kind rainwater harvester and filter that operates without any loss of water. There are no electrical components, and the device depends entirely on gravity to transport water. Impurities are eliminated through a double-layer HDPE (high-density polyethylene) cloth. Its two-stage filtration first separates out particles up to 400 microns, and the water is transported to a tank with a clear top, through which one can observe the next process. The second filter removes particles up to 200 microns. This cleaner water can replenish the groundwater or stored in tanks.
